[computer-tech-support: 8261] Backup Outlook 2010 corrupted

Hi, everyone!

I've got a backup routine configured on Cobian Backup tom make a backup in a few folders, mainly PST files of Outlook 2010. Unfortunately, the last backup has corrupted all the PST files and I'm not able to restore them. PS: Also, I always end the Microsoft Outlook before I run the backup.

My question is: is it safe to do the Outlook backup as I mentioned? Or would it be better if I made the backup starting from File>Salving>Export to file>Outlook Data file...like I saw in this tutorial: http://www.technipages.com/outlook-2010-backup-export-data.html
