[computer-tech-support: 8464] DVD problem

Dear sir/Madam,

I have a system with AMD Athlon 64 processor.It has both CD drive and DVD drive. When I insert CD in DVD drive it opens but when i insert DVD in DVD drive it does not opens, only shows loading(detecting) signal(DVD picture flashes). And DVD drive is working properly. What is the problem and please give me the solution for this.
