[computer-tech-support: 8465] Network problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a system which has atom processor and 1GB RAM. It has dual boot, one is windows XP and other is windows server 2008 enterprise OS. I connect to the network in windows XP but in Windows 2008 server the RJ 45 connector does blinks and I could not connect to the network. What is the reason for this and please give me the solution.
